Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful and the rooms were just like the pictures. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. There were 5 adults in our group and we all loved it and agreed that we would stay there again.

Positive: The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help.At breakfast they didn't have almond milk and sent inmediatly someone to buy . Great variety of food. The service was excellent, and the location was great — very convenient and close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Negative: To improve the service it will be nice to have slippers in the room.

Positive: Great location, at a light rail stop and 1 stop away from the main train station. The hotel reopened the day we arrived (towards the end of April) and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Extensive buffet breakfast selection and comfortable room. We did an early tour the one day and the staff packed a breakfast box for us as we were missing breakfast.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.
